Welcome Friends and Campers.
Today is a somber day for the park and the friends of the park. We laid to rest Charles Call, Park Ranger. He was a great member of the park staff and a beloved friend to all who knew him. He was a teacher for 28yrs before retiring and going to work for the park. Charlie was the Education Ranger for the park, and was dedicated to teaching the children and adults that came to the park. Charlie never met a stranger and truly had the gift for gab. This page is to honor the man that I 1st met when I started going to the park. Over the next several days I hope to fine tune and add more info about Charlie and how his life made all our lives better for knowing him.
