Westmoreland at Mica's Pub in Sapphire, NC. 3 sold-out performances in "Brigadoon", the off-broadway production conducted by John Greer of Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. 3 sold-out weeks opening for the play "Robin Hood" at HART Theatre in Waynesville, NC. RJ has played for Congressmen, Governors and many Mayors and Officials. Weddings?? Too many to remember. Parades, including the Waynesville July 4th Celebration 5 years in a row. His Bagpipe and Blues Band "PIPAPELLI" has released 3 succesful CD's, getting regular airplay on their 3rd release "BorderGuard"...even in Scotland! Playing LIVE gigs in North Carolina and 9 days at Bike Week 2003 in Daytona Beach, FL. The last track on BorderGuard, "This Pictures Over" made it to Number One on the NewArtistRadio.net Top 40 show. Ren Faires, including Raliegh, NC, Asheville, NC...Highland Games, including Ocala, FL, Charleston, SC, Stone Mountain Atlanta, GA, & Murphy, NC. A regular performer at The Scottish Tartans Museum, in Franklin, NC. The best gig of all is standing atop Whiteside Mountain (elevation almost 5000 feet ) and playing for the Peregrin Falcons, while they dance their "Flights of Ballet".

RJ with his blues band "Pipapelli" released their fourth CD "Ceither" ( gaelic for "four" ) on May 1st at the May Day Blues Festival in Tallahassee, Florida. Opened for Atlanta Band "Banks and Shane" on June 16th, and opened for stage, screen and television star John Davidson on August 3rd, 2004

2005 started off with many weddings and ceremonies, and then BAMM! Pneumonia hits! After 2 1/2 months of recovery RJ was able to open up for Gary Lewis and the Playboys, and between sets, RJ gave Gary ( Jerry Lewis' Son ) a mini bagpipe lesson, much to Gary's enjoyment!

RJ jammed with Rob Massengale and his Kitchen Sink Revue as a special surprise for RJ's birthday, opened up for "The Tams" and "Banks and Shane"...and upcoming, a special performance for "The King"...ELVIS himself, graveside, at Graceland in Memphis Tennessee on November 7th, at 7:30 am.
